Acquisition of GRI Dormagen by the Rethmann Group approved

The German anti-trust authority has approved, in August 2017, the acquisition of GRI in Dormagen (subsidiary of GRL Lummen in Belgium) by the group Rethmann, (Remondis & Rhenus).

The Belgian anti-trust authority already approved the acquisition of the Belgian site of GRL by the group Rethmann in early 2017.
